SPONSOR A PIECE

Click here for current Sponsors and available pieces.

The main aim of the group has been to raise funds for local and national charities and it has raised many thousands of pounds over the years, members giving up many hours of their time in the process.

Gigs have a ‘voracious appetite’ for pieces particularly when they must usually be geared to the situation whether corporate event, charity, festival etc. The more gigs we do the more pieces we need, such that it is now increasingly difficult to satisfy our audiences and ourselves (‘variety is the spice of…’)
Please will you help us to maintain the Band by sponsoring a piece!

What do we mean?
You sponsor a piece from our current repertoire, from our wish list or even one you suggest yourself

What do you get?
The music will have your name on it. Alternatively you may wish to dedicate it to a family member, friend or loved one or put your company name there (e.g how about ‘Straighten up and Fly Right’ sponsored by Easyjet, or ‘Sway’ by Stena Line [or Strongbow]!?). Most importantly you get the double satisfaction of double sponsorship - for a community band who play for charity!

What do we get?
Our biggest ongoing problemis affording to purchase new music. Your help would alleviate that and help us to continue with our work and go on to bigger and better things!

How does it work?
Easy –
1.Pick your piece
2.Email us the details that you want to include with it (if any) and phone number if you wish
3.We will then contact you (by email or phone) to arrange for the sponsorship to be paid. (alternatively you can pay online and we will then add your details from the email to our sponsor list).

How much does it cost?
Each of our numbers costs between 20-30 pounds. Not cheap! but, for only £25 you will be giving valuable support to a unique group who give valuable support to much more important groups - Cancer Research, Guide Dogs for the Blind, Childline etc and many local groups andorganisations.
